Warm up for spring with Salem Public Library’s March 14, 2018 Wellness Wednesday program which will feature chair tai chi and stretching movements. The program will be presented by Barb Kliner, a personal fitness trainer from East Palestine, OH. The Wellness Wednesday program will take place in the library’s Quaker Room beginning at 6:30 pm. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow comfortable movement. Join us for a relaxing evening of movement to help you prepare for spending springtime outdoors.
Registration is required and may be done online at www.salem.lib.oh.us or by calling 330-332-0042 for registration assistance. This program is open to the public and free of cost to attend.
Ms. Kliner leads a variety of fitness programs in the East Palestine area including: Line Dancing, Senior Stretch, Tai Chi and a Water Walker class.
Wellness Wednesday meets on the second Wednesday of each month. Programs focus on a variety of health and wellness topics.
