“How to Choose a Fitness Trainer” is the topic of the February 14, 2018 Wellness Wednesday program which will take place in Salem Public Library’s Quaker Meeting Room located at 821 E. State St., Salem, OH 44460. The presenter will be Janie Crowl, Wellness Director at Salem Community Center. Join us for the evening to learn how to find the best personal trainer to help you achieve your optimal wellness goals.
Ms. Crowl has been the Wellness Director at Salem Community Center since 2015 and has instructed fitness classes at SCC since 2013. Her certifications include: Personal Training, Silver Sneakers, Water Aerobics and Spinning. She is currently the only Level 2 RRCA Distance Running Coach in the State of Ohio. She enjoys being a part of a large family and her hobbies include: triathlon, marathoning, coaching marathoners, and children’s programming.
