Homebound

Salem Public Library’s “At Home” monthly delivery service to homebound residents of the Salem
community provides the opportunity to enjoy a wide variety of materials the library has to offer when it is impossible to come to the library in person. This service is available to persons of all ages who are unable to visit the library due to long-term or short-term health issues.

To become a part of this free delivery service, complete an application, have a physician complete the verification form, and then return these forms to the library either by mail or with the help of a relative or friend. Once the forms are received a library staff member will be in touch to discuss program in more detail and coordinate arrangements. For more information and to receive the forms for applying please call the library at 330-332- 0042 or have a friend or family member stop in for assistance.

The library is pleased to provide this service to Salem residents. If you are unable to enjoy your
community library with a personal visit to the building please allow the library to visit you!
