Introduction to the World Wide Web

This class is for anyone who's ever been told "you can find that on our website," and not known how to do that. Attendees will hear an explanation of what the world wide web is and how to get started using it. The class will cover how to go to websites and navigate them. Attendees will begin to learn how to find information to complete an internet scavenger hunt, through surfing the web, doing web searches, and exploring Salem Public Library's extensive online research collection.
